ToT Request - Sailor Despina

Woah... Definitely a new system... Jury's still out for me on it.. There's WAY too many choices... XP

Anyway, this is the third of the first round of requests from Tower of Time... This is Seiko-san's Sailor Despina! From what I remember, she's a cursed soldier of water.. ^_^ And a senshi that has recently been reinstated... XP She's very interesting to me, and it was fun to work on this request.. ^_^

I think it's cool to have a dark-skinned Sailor Senshi (or, if you want to say, a black senshi), seeing how I have a few myself... Why should senshi only be from Japan or be white? So, it was fun shading her skin.. ^_^ That ponytail was soo frustrating to edit in the first place, but after I got something I liked it turned out really nice... And the SLEEVES!! ^_^V

All in all, I'm really happy with this edit... Despina turned out really nice, and the background works with her as well.. ^_^
